Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so changes aren't always possible — but get in touch with us as soon as you can at [your support email] and we'll do our best to help before it ships. Once an order has been dispatched, we're unable to make changes.
I didn't receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder — it sometimes ends up there. If it's still nowhere to be found, reach out to us with the email address you used at checkout and we'll confirm your order status and resend the confirmation.
Can I exchange an item?
Absolutely. If you'd like a different size, colour, or product, please contact us within the 30-day window and let us know what you'd like instead. As long as the item has not been used and is in its original condition, we’ll gladly guide you through the exchange process and make it as easy as possible.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To start a return, just email us at info@raaha.net with your order number and reason for returning.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?
We're really sorry about that — that's on us. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@raaha.net with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund straight away.
